An Answered Prayer

For so long, it has only been an ambitious dream and prayer for the Leyte Island Association for the Deaf (LIAD), IDEA’s spin-off project on the island of Leyte, Philippines, to have its own multi-purpose covered court that will serve our supported elementary and high school deaf students.
